Ruben Lopez is fantastic. I made the mistake of showing up a day early for my reservation. My family was going to stay the night in SF and catch an early morning flight. After a 3 hour drive to get to the hotel, I was informed that I didn’t have a reservation for that night. My error. Ruben was able to get us a room and our trip to Hawaii was saved. At least for me. My family would have hung me if they had to sleep in the van. Thanks Ruben.

Stayed here for 4 nights on the last week of Oct and it wasn't as bad as some other reviews depicted. I was at 104, almost right beside the lobby. I was a little loud early in the morning when guests checking out drag their luggages as my room was right on the walkway from the elevator to the lobby. I'm sure, if your room was on the higher floors, this shouldn't be a problem. Request for more complimentary toiletries upon check-in if there's more than one person staying. They only provide one small bottle of 2in1 shampoo/conditioner and a couple bars of mini soaps. The room was clean (and everyday housekeeping was great), the a/c worked, bed was comfortable, shuttle schedule was reliable - it was good. Nothing fancy but they have all the basics.

We needed an inexpensive option for 2 nights for a medical trip with my son. The costs in San Fran are a fortune so this looked like a good option. Its just that.
Its absolutely nothing special at all. But it gets the job done if that's what you need. Its clean. Yes you could find the tripadvisor tight shots of lots of imperfections but in general the place is decent and doable.
Pros:
- free airport shuttle. Although our pick up from the airport ran a bit late.
- there was a safe & fridge in room
- we saved alot of money
- the diner attached kept us from ubering too much or walking far for food. I am not a diner person but I found this place being open 24/7 to be nice. The portions were a good value. The oats aren't any good. But the noodle bowl was delish!
Cons:
- thicker blankets and bigger pillows would be my advice to the hotel for improvement
- there's zero free breakfast
- the shuttle only starts at 4am
Cons:
- room was small and crammed but had all we needed.

As the title says, the help from the hotel ends once you get the room key. Hotel is maintained well, clean room, clean linen and clean bathroom. The reception is seriously running out of staffs. I called thrice to get details about airport shuttle but nobody answered my call. I had to finally call the central helpline to get the details. The receptionist was very helpful with the answers for all my queries.

Needed an overnight before an international flight the following day. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The room was decent and clean, not luxurious but set in a quiet area of the hotel campus. As we needed parking during our travel, we found the daily rate at the hotel to be reasonable...considering the San Francisco environment. This hotel would be a great “jumping off point” to further explore San Francisco as there are numerous transportation options here.
