We have stayed at this location a couple of times and always find the same thing. Comfortable clean rooms, and friendly helpful people.Put in a reasonable price and it is hard to beat. Did I mention the indoor pool and free breakfast Waffles, cereal, toast, fresh fruit etc.

While just off the freeway, this hotel is pretty quiet. We could hear trucks, but got a good night's rest. Friendly staff, clean, no frills hotel.
Breakfast: Fruit options for gluten free, so bring your own bread or rolls. No coffee take-away cups-- bring your own.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Planned a last minute trip to cedar point and booked this because options were limited. The water in the lobby had black floaties in the container and around the spout. Upon opening the door to our room there was a VERY strong fragrance, could not breath at all. Instantly tried to open a window and there was no screen and bugs everywhere. The entrance light in the room didn't work and there was mold all around the caulking of the bathtub/shower. The night auditor was very kind and refunded us our money. I would highly advise against booking at this hotel.

After having issues with a previously booked hotel, we found rooms available here. Rachel at the front desk was very accommodating and very empathetic to what we had been through. Rooms have been updated and were very clean. Had a great experience here.
Would recommend to anyone.

A very nice RRI property. Pleasant customer service. Rooms very good. Pet-friendly. It is a little pricey for a RRI, but it is competitive considering the area. We will certainly return when in the area. Breakfast tasty. Coffee only OK. Bring your own hair conditioner...only shampoo provided.
