Quiet and Clean Pet Friendly Hotel
midnightjetty01110on 16/10/2017 16:51This hotel is a great value for traveling with a pet. The rooms were quiet and clean and there was plenty of room to walk the dog. Breakfast was pretty average, but nice. The staff was super accomodating, especially at check-in. I'm sure I will be returning to this hotel.
Weekend getaway
mln792on 29/09/2017 20:00This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Every time has been a very pleasant experience. The staff is so nice and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and feel like family. We will stay here again and again.
Ridiculous flaws
RoadTripToSFOon 13/09/2017 11:27This is not the place for a simple, hassle-free good night's sleep. I'm not even at the end of my stay and I feel compelled to report the ways in which this hotel is not conducive to ... just working.
At 5:30 in the morning I can presently hear my neighbor hacking up a lung through the paper-thin wall.
First and foremost is the prevalence of cigarette smoke odors, regardless of whether or not you're in a nonsmoking room. You're assaulted from all sides. Turn the light on in the bathroom and the fan blows in your neighbors' fumes. Smoke also comes in from under the front door, and the window is hermetically sealed and you can't open that for some relief. The elevator is terribly impacted as well. I shouldn't have to hold my breath to get to my room.
Speaking of windows, see the attached photos for the reason you have to keep your shades closed if you anticipate any semblance of night time. Not that it really helps because the charger by your bed is a bright blue nightlight.
The wifi doesn't work at all; neither my phone nor laptop could connect to it. Fortunately the signal from the hotel down the road reached this far and I could get work done.
Finally, I wasn't even offered a free bottle of water with my stay, as I'm entitled to with my Red Roof 'status'.
Just ridiculous, really. Now to try to get some sleep.
Didn't stay
Becky Lon 10/09/2017 01:33I booked through Expedia for 2 nights. I cancelled Thursday and woke up sat. And my card had been charged. The hotel refused to issue a refund for the whole amount as did Expedia. I have contacted the CEO now just waiting for the response.

DachKon 06/09/2017 03:55Best Red Roof ever. Not the best hotel ever it has its reasons for being 2star hotel but great for a 2star. Especially if you have pets. Big field behind hotel, pool is adequate, rooms are good for a night or two, breakfast is better than just ok (not great). Call hotel for rates before checking online sites.
