My boyfriend and I visited to meet family, unfortunately for a funeral.
Steve and Matt welcomed us, even though their dinner was cooking. Took the time to show us to our room, explain everything and recommended places to eat.
Room was lovely. Quiet at night and the fresh milk was a good touch.
Breakfast was fantastic with attention to detail. We were always asked about our day and interest in what we do.
Will definitely stay again!

Stayed 2 nights and was very pleased!! Room was immaculate and very pleasant, beds comfy, nice big towels!!!
Breakfast was amaze balls, full english then eggs benedict... couldn’t fault anything! Very reasonably priced too. Matt and Steve made us very welcome will definitely be returning!!
Brixham is a beautiful place and is only a short walk away.

Just returned from a wonderful break at Redlands. Steve and Matt are the most wonderful hosts, We had room 5 which was a superking, The bed was so luxurious and comfortable, the bathroom was very modern and everything was spotless, Definitely deserves 5 star, They were so knowledgeable about the area, The breakfasts were first class lots of choice and they catered for my gluten intolerance. Thank you both and we wish you well for the future. If we are ever down in Devon again we will definitely return.

Booked this guest house as a spur of the moment decision to go to Brixham for the day and night and wasn't disappointed . Matt & Steve were great hosts and very knowledgeable about the town and its history . Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated .But I have to say the breakfast was to die for . No expense spared on quality and presentation . Set us up for the day . We will be visiting again for sure . Thanks Matt & Steve for your kind hospitality 🖒

Clean, comfortable room, great location with easy parking. Steve was friendly and helpful, and was a mine of information. The breakfast was very good, thanks for the gluten free sausages - so thoughtful.
We hope you get your blue plaque - so much history :-)
