We stayed here for 1 night while visiting kollam with our friends. The hotel complex is nice, service is very good and the quality of food is awesome. The staff here is very good and friendly,. All in all it was a very good experience staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is coming to Kollam and definitely I would also prefer this hotel if I'll ever come again to Kollam

We stopped here for lunch. We ordered some traditional kerala thali meals with karimeen pollichathu. It was delicious. We loved their service. Special mention to Renjith who was serving the food always with a smile. Thank You!!!

The Hotel is located close to Kollam and is on the main highway from Kollam to Kochi. It has ample parking space and also rooms and canteen for Drivers. It is good value for money and Service is good.. Rooms are good and food is excellent. I have stayed here 4 times in the last 5 years and have no complaints about this Hotel. I will not change to any other hotel near by during my visits to this area.

It was very bad hotel and over priced , good hotel is not at all maintained , staff Survice is good , the blanket they used at the room was really bad , no out side views , when we switched on the AC duct was coming from it. I will never suggest any one to this hotel , lost my mood and stay

We had been to a wedding and we had to book a room because the wedding house was overcrowded. The only option was Regant Lake Palace Hotel. Booked online and got a good decent price.
The person at the front office was very good. The initial room given to us was a bit musty and the lights did not work. We were given a new room which was good. The pillows were a bit too soft giving us a neck pain. The room was clean though. The breakfast was good, but it takes a lot of time to get ready while we were told that it is getting ready and we were made to wait for more than 30 minutes. On the 2nd day, we had to skip the breakfast and leave because it was not ready by 8:00 am and our train was at 8:30am, even though we had ordered breakfast earlier itself. The TV remote and the AC remote also did not work. The TV remote was replaced immediately. But, for a hotel which calls itself a 4 star hotel, such things are not appreciated.
But the people at the hotel are helpful.
Could not explore the other amenities at the hotel.
