Spent one night and spent 80 euros with the off season rate. Very well priced for Nice. Room somewhat small but had a nice bath. Was quiet and clean. Staff friendly and check in easy. We were allowed to leave luggage as we arrived early. Perfect location.

The hotel is located right in the center of the town , so you can access the beach and many other touristic places. However the room was very noisy, small, and very hot and the beddings were too heavy with no light options, the pillows very hard. Poor sleep quality . In addition no parking we had to look for a public parking. So in the end the initial low cost of the hotel that got us in the first place did not pay off.

This 3 stars hotel is very proper and modern interior. Staff is very nice, rooms are perhaps a little bit small, but the location is super. Near the promenade, near place massena (la fayette) near old town and flour market. Near promenade anglais and surrounded by restaurants and bars. And the rooms are very silent , no noise from the nightlife in the street. Super

The room where small but very clean. We were lucky enough not to have to sleep with the windows open since our room was facing the pedestrian walkway, as it would be quite noisy if you had to. Be sure to as a room at the back. Other than this our stay was comfortable and the personnel was very helpful.
They do serve a warm breakfast for an extra fee. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We did not feel the need to, as there was many restaurant near by that could offer a nice breakfast.
The location of this hotel is great, very many restaurants near by and just minutes away from La Promenade des Anglais.
Overall I recommend this hotel for you stay in Nice.

My flight was cancelled on 2nd October 1200am. I quickly book a hotel on hotels.com to secure a place to stay for the night. I arrived at the hotel around 2am. I rang the bell as no one was at the reception (advertised as 24 hours reception). Someone came out to open the door for us.
I told the receptionist that I have booked a room for tonight and would like to check in. He said that there is no room for me and they will not check email after 12 am (not sure why you advertise as 24 hours reception). He also reassured me that he has not taken the payment despite that I showed him my confirmation on my phone. He was rude and did not even read any thing from the phone. But insisted to turn me away from the hotel saying that there is no room for me at that time.
I was at that point believed him that no payment was taken and so I walked away at midnight. When I arrived back in London, I realised that my paypal was actually charged on the 2nd October from Hotels.com. After asking hotels.com to chase up the hotel twice, they still refuse to provide refund on this. I am disappointed of the customer service I get from the hotel reception and my holiday was ruined because of this bad experience here.
Avoid the hotel if you want a better customer service and treated well in your holiday !
