Pro- Advantage is its location, its right on the W-E highway. The new rooms are pretty good and clean.
Con- Expensive food. (definitely not suited to my taste buds), but they dont mind ordering from outside, so thats cool. Very strict rules, zero flexibility on friends coming over.

Very pleasant stay, full marks on neatness & cleanileness, very cooperative staff, quick room service, prompt house keeping, food was even served to me as par my 5 year old daughter.i felt like living in a safe environment. Nice spacious lobby.i must appreciate the whole staff of regency hotel for their support. It was a wonderful stay over here for 10 days.

I had a business meeting with around 60 people. When I reach at 8am in hotel they said that check in will be at 12 noon. After arguing, they have arranged one room. I stay there for 2 days. They provide complementary wifi. But in my room, I could not connect wifi even once. In bill they charged luxury tax (10%) and serves tax (9%) additionally .

The hotel is at walking distance to Santa Cruz Railway Station and the Domestic Terminal of Mumbai Airport. good food, good room & mostly occupied in every season because of its location near by airport

I stayed at this hotel on 16 jan and checked out on 17 jan. The location of this hotel is good, and has reasonable cleanliness. However, towels cleanliness is an issue. They showed signs of over usage and almost worn out.The second issue was the breakfast. All items served - sambhar, idly, cutlet, sabudana vada etc were all cold. On pointing out, only the sambhar was sent to kitchen for heating. They claimed that the heating devices had not been switched on. The rest of the items remained cold through the breakfast.
