Hotel Regent is a nice business class hotel where the families can also stay put. We family of 4 (2 + 2 small kids) stayed in this hotel since the airport is close by and we had a flight to catch from domestic airport.
At the reception, we were greeted by Mrs. D’Souza, Reservation in-charge and Madan Shetkar, Manager. Without a delay, we were transferred to our room in 1st floor. Since the lift renovation was in-progress, we took stairs which was not really an inconvenience.
The room was clean and neat though not very spacious. So we took an extra bed which was again not a hassle at all. The room décor was ambient and just about ideal. But hey remember this is a medium budget hotel, so no thrills-fancies. Bathroom was clean and neat and quiet big as well.
The hotel has restaurant as well and the food was very tasty. No complains on that front. And they customized the food just as expected as per your taste buds. Overall the staff at hotel and restaurant were polite and friendly with a smile.
The hotel does not have bar section which is not a problem, as once can easily walk down to VITS / Apna Dabha which is just about 50 meters from this hotel. Also, the metro is easily accessible. Take a 200 meter walk down to ‘Airport’ stop and get metro to Andheri / Chakala stop easily.
I had booked through MMT and would highly recommend for families as well. Highly recommended.

I've stayed here last month for a day along with my other colleagues. Over all service was average. Rooms are old but clean. You can expect very basic toiletries of avg. quality only.
Worst part of this place is breakfast. No variety at all, and quality is also low. Bread with fungus was being served to us, please find attached photograph. When we escalated the problem to Manager at front desk (as they didn't have any F&B manager available), the only thing we heard from him was SORRY. They charge so much for the room rent and didn't even keep a check on their stockpiles.
They didn't have any courtesy to offer any further discount or service even after this issue, which was really unacceptable.
Saying sorry can't be enough in such kind of problems. If you have made your customer unhappy, its your responsibility to satisfy him.

I had a stay for a night.Was trying for the first time this hotel. I reached this hotel quite late in the night was little wary about it was going to be.But to my surprise it was quite pleasant to stay in this hotel.In the night also the staff was quite warm and pleasant to welcome me. The Rooms were good and well maintained and the AC was quite effective. The breakfast was well on time as they start early. The spread of the breakfast can be improved. It took about 15-20 mnts to reach the domestic airport in the morning time of 7.15 AM.
Nice Hotel might try to stay next time to experience this hotel better

Regent hotel is close to the Mumbai international airport and the SEEPZ industrial area. The hotel is just about 500 meters from the metro stop, so connectivity is pretty good. If you are driving down, parking could be a challenge but the hotel staff will help you.
The rooms are small, but what else do you expect in a busy area in Mumbai? The breakfast is complimentary and the spread is limited. Food is decent - nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about.
The staff is very helpful - almost too eager to help. There are many hotels of different budgets available in the area, so choose what you want!

If you would search for a good hotel in Andheri, you will be surprised to know how many choices spring up on your search almost on every booking portal. But this small hotel (with a big heart) touches you each time you stay there. I am finally writing a review for them after having stayed for nearly 8 years now and more than 50 trips.
The hotel is basic in amenities, but extremely functional. The consistency in their service, from check in time to room service, and arranging things for your requirements is commendable. The staff is friendly and the improvisations in rooms over the years with very minor changes in tariff is a fantastic offering. The metro station now is a few minutes walk away. Connects you between the western and central railways. Cabs and autos are a shout away.. Food is good for everyone's taste, some times there are inconsistent tastes, but one may choose to overlook that in the larger scheme of stay.
Mostly a choice of corporates for their middle managements but recommended to everyone. You just might be surprised by their hospitality.
