This is a really wonderful hotel. The Staff were friendly on arrival and throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. I forgot my travel adaptor and was given one free (returned on departure). Its not your "resort" style hotel but with a rooftop pool and sun terrace it really is a little gem. We stayed in a superior room and all I can say is "wow" from the huge bed to the Jacuzzi bath I was amazed, well worth the extra couple of pound to upgrade. The bus stop is close by but the taxi was only 30 euro

Rooms were clean but small and stuffy, and there was nowhere to relax in the hotel.
The Breakfast was just ok.
Not a good choice of hotel if traveling with children, as it's wasn't very child friendly.
Rooftop Pool was heated but dirty
The location of the hotel was good though.

Expected more from 4* hotel. Quite clean. But AC system worked not well (loud, either very cold or nothing). Breakfast poor with no variety, scrambled eggs too boiled. Good jacuzzi in the room (we stayed in superior one). Very convenient location from train station, supermarket, a lot of cafes arround

Stayed here with a group of friends for a 4 night stay whilst visiting Ferrari Land and Port Aventura.
The hotel is located in the central area of Salou, a minute from the sea front and beach. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars just a minute or two from the hotel.
My room on the 4th floor had a small balcony, was well appointed with a large flat screen TV, fridge and safe. The bathroom was very nice with a walk in shower and complimentary toiletries also supplied. As it was early May my only criticism is that the air conditioning wasn't in use and on a couple of days it would have come in handy.
Breakfast had a wide choice of cold meats, cheeses, breads and pastries, fruit, juices, cereals and a hot selection which was nice although leans towards a more Spanish hot breakfast than an English one, still it was nice. There is a bar within the hotel and this is quite contemporary in its approach and leans slightly towards a Wine/Gin style establishment but it has a good range of beers as well.
There is a heated pool and outdoor terrace on the rooftop with comfortable poolside furniture.
Staff were friendly and professional and overall this was a really nice stay and a hotel I'd be happy to recommend based on this stay.

Found this Hotel very disappointing, and staff rude.. Paid for extra bed, which was a sofa without any bedding.. Air con wasn't aloud to be switch on as they said the season doesn't start till may, and would have complaints about it being cold!! Asked for the roof over the pool area to be opened as it was so hot, and felt like you were in s green house, again to be told no not until the season starts!! Not at all child friendly.. I wouldn't stay here again..
