The hotel itself is fine - lovely decor, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. For some reason though, it seemed a little pricey. (Elsewhere in Sicily we had as good an experience but paid €20 less). We used the pool area, which was very pleasant. The only place to eat nearby is attached to the salt museum and wasn't open when we were there (a Monday night). The hotel was a nightmare to find, even with a satnav... The staff were helpful and friendly.

We chose this hotel because of the location. Location is excellent in the middle of the salt pans. Room with balcony had a lot of privacy and all you need. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Parking available on the premises for free. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. We would definately stay here again on a next visit.

We booked a sea view room. Staff were very friendly. The extra amenities were unexpected and very nice - toothbrush & mini toothpaste, even intimate wash, etc.
Some water was coming through the walls close to the bed but all in all it was a comfortable stay at a clean, quiet location. Breakfast was also ok.

We have stayed out of season in November twice and the weather, sunrises and sunsets are amazing! Breakfasts are varied and tasty, even fresh fruit prepared for you, fresh yoghurt and honey, croissants and home-made cakes. For savoury tastes cheese, hams, tomato Bruschettas and boiled eggs. Fresh juices, teas and coffees, sit and relax as long as you wish in the Courtyard Breakfast Bar.
In the rooms you have everything you want, Wifi, tea making facilities, well stocked minibar, hairdryer, toiletries, towelling slippers, big windows and comfy beds! Add to all of this friendly,helpful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble, just ask!
We will be back....often. :)

The reception staff are all very friendly,thoughtful and helpful. Its always a warm welcome in this, our very favourite hotel in the whole of Sicily. MILLE GRAZIE!
Tea and coffee making facilities, TV & Wifi in the room. Hairdryer, toiletries and towelling slippers in the bathroom. Ample Free Parking in the hotel garden area.
Breakfast with plenty of prepared fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, honey, cakes, croissant and bruschetta is set in a blue and white Moorish courtyard and although the hotel itself doesn't cater in the evening, there is a short walk of 100 yards through the saltpans to the Windmill where local specialities are available. Besides this there is an amazingly successful Sicilian Restaurant by La Torre di Nubia itself, not expensive and very well run.
For those who wish to relax, get away from it all, this Hotel Relais Antiche Saline is definitely for YOU!
