Overall good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no charge for parking you car overnight. The room are big but the bathroom are small with low ceilings. The only downsize of the hotel is the light on the smoke detector is above the bed.

Was looking forward to the staycation but the pool had a weird film and iguanas.
Didn't really seem cared for. The woman at the front counter saturday night had an attitude I wanted to check in when she was talking to her friend. The man on Sunday morning was nice. Asked for a fridge and was told it would be delivered but it never came. Chambermaids always said hi when passing in the hallway. Internet was fast and breakfast was good though overpriced. Overall it was okay but had a lot of missed opportunities. Not sure if I would return.

We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel during hurricane Irma and were amazed at the way this hotel was able to provide 3 delicious buffet meals each day even though they had lost power. The staff outdid themselves with their pleasantness and helpfulness. Bravo to the Renaissance Hotel.

Been there 4 times this year. Jason, the front desk supervisor has gone so above and beyond to make sure that my stay exceeded any expectations I may have had. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool area is a tropical paradise. Located right off 95 which is very convenient to everywhere. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Makes me want to go back and visit my mother-in-law sooner rather than later. And no, I'm not related to Jason. I just appreciate great service.

We were fortunate to find a room at this hotel 24 hours before Hurricane Irma. We were greeted warmly and we found the room clean and welcoming. We weathered the storm on the third floor watching the wind and rain move thru FL. We enjoyed the full breakfast buffet before the storm and enjoyed the full Italian buffet Sunday night after the storm was gone. The staff served us dinner in the dark, without power or A/C. The staff was polite made our evening enjoyable. We will be staying at this property in the future for a vacation trip. Thank you to everyone who made this storm event the best it could have been.
