We stayed at the Renaissance for 2 weeks on a business trip. Initial greeting at the front desk was not to standards, but it got better with time. I would like to take the time to thank the concierge Daniel Tarazona for the excellent service and kindness. He always went beyond what was asked or needed ( safety, restaurants, local cellphone, booking)
Nota: What is left to do in Caracas these days but business, we were surprised the business center was not included ... nor local calls. Each time the operator needed an approval from manager to process it. We were instructed to call back the same operator to advise termination of calls....It took 30 min/ 2 consecutive nights for them to fix a buzzer that went off around 1am in an empty room beside ours.... It is not soudproof. Wifi is very slow and you have to pay a premium to upgrade to a slightly faster one. The Doormans/valets never opened the front door they kept staring at me..

We stayed at the Renaissance in La Castellana 5 weeks. The hotel is very clean. All the time during breakfast, the team of Mr. Sney and chef John did the very best to accommodate all our needs (we are vegetarians). The waiters very helpful and polite too, and we will always remember Sr. Renny, Basilio.and Darwin. The housekeeping was very attentive and reliable, in particular Sra. Graciela.

Overall, the service is excellent. No complaints! What I enjoyed the most in my 4days stay was the great food and the friendly service at the Mijao Asian Bistro. Always well-welcomed by GABRIELA MOREY. SNEY is always attentive to please the customers's cravings. LA FAYETTE offered a great service every night.
And If you want to drink a good coffee don't hesitate to ask YOUN DEIVI to prepare it!

Luis La Cruz, Oreana and Jose provided an excellent service. It was a large group of relatives and friends that were attending my wedding and the team organized the +10 rooms perfectly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and its professional team again.

I had a great dinner at Renaissance's Mijao Restaurant... Luis Laya is quite of very attentive waitress.. Whenever you stay here it's restaurant is a must visit! Thanks!
Rooms are very comfortable and they have all you need for not missing your home so much hehe!
