This is one of our favorite places to stay in Philly. It is worth driving a bit out of our way for the great service and the value. During our most recent stay, we were greeted by an exceptional young man. His name is Patrick Sossel and he welcomed us with genuine warmth. He immediately upgraded our room (a perk I am entitled to as a Platinum member, but often have to ask for) and gave us a voucher for a free drink as the concierge room was not open at the time.
During our stay we needed a microwave as part of a minor medical procedure. Guests do not typically have access to a microwave but Patrick told us to bring down the item in question and he would take care of it. He used the microwave in the employees lounge and minimized any inconvenience that entailed. He clearly did not have to do this and could have dismissed the request; the point is, he didn't and made us even more glad than ever that we chose this property!

Hotel is decent. Rooms are a little rough around the edges and in need of updating, but a good option for the price and 3 minutes from the airport. My biggest complaints would be the parking, tv remote and no hotel directory in the room. I still have no idea where the pool and gym are located. The parking lot is strange and all spaces require a longer than usual walk uphill into the hotel. In the cold and wind this walk may have seemed more tragic than it actually was!!
Now to the real reason you want to stay hear: the lighting in the bathroom is the best thing for your ego short of plastic surgery and a time machine!! Seriously, you will leave feeling 10 lbs thinner, 10 years younger and 10 million dollars richer. I really think that bathroom improves the quality of your life. I was sad leaving it, but honestly believed I was going to my cover shoot at Elle. Trust me it's worth the price of admission.

The Renaissance Philadelphia Airport Hotel is very accommodating. It is only one mile to the Airport and offer shuttle service. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. We would definitely return if travelling through Philadelphia Airport!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very nice rooms with very good room service. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar had a good selection of available drinks. The service staff were very friendly.
Will definitely return.

The hotel has some updates, but the rooms are in need of updating. Maintenance and cleanliness is good. The food is decent and the service was average. The beds were comfortable. Location is very close to airport and highway.
