I would recommend this Hotel. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The staff are welcoming and very professional. The location is good - close to transport and the shops. One of the best customer service experiences I have encountered

Fantastic weekend away. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond. Were made very welcome and treated as friends rather than guests. Such a refreshing change.
Rooms were clean and great size for two people.
Excellent location too, a short walk from all transport options, and not to mention the CBD bars and restaurants.
Will be back for sure!

I love staying at the Rendezvous. It is well located, the rooms are lovely and clean and well equipped, the staff are super helpful and the bar area and restaurant are terrific. Great value to money too!

The most overpriced hotel in Melbourne.
I booked 2 nights at $420 per night and found a very average tourist hotel that is dated and poorly run.
The room was old, the lobby cheap, the amenities are terrible.
I checked out after the first night and went to The Langham which was the same price but infinitely better.
There is no attention to detail in any respect.
The place looks and feels cheap from the moment you walk in.
I’ve stayed at almost every decent hotel in Melbourne CBD and always been happy to very happy and have certainly never checked out early.
So disappointed with the hotel and with bookings.com for allowing such a deceptive description for a hotel to be published.
There are too many very good hotels in Melbourne to bother with such an over priced dump as this hotel.

The room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and well maintained for my week-long stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and stocked with many options. It was a great starting point for going out in the city. The staff were very nice and helpful.
