I went to Reserva Conchal twice in the last 6 months.with my family
The apartments are beautiful. Swimming Pool and Beach Club are very good.
Customer Service is regular BUT (a big one BUT)
If they have a wedding (and it happen to me the two times), they may even block all the swimming pool and beach club área offering you an awful replacement with the Westin.
You can imagine all the people from Reserva and the Westin in only one facility.
I do think this commerial behaviour could be ilegal, because there is no comment like "beach club and swimming pool subject to availibity of other conflicting events".
After I complained they did offer me a compensation of half night, which I rejected because they basically ruined one day in a 3 day vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. Beautiful pools, nice staff, well maintained property. The spa was excellent also. Yoga in the morning was great. The beach was very nice. There were plenty of lounge chairs at the beach and pool in the shade or sun. The shuttle service was quick and efficient.We rented from an individual and the unit could use some work.

hoping our stay with the westin hotel at conchal beach resort , costa rica for our anniversary will be as memorable as our past anniversaries ,we've gone with costco travel for 6 times , never disappointed with spacious rooms ( my family & i ) and great food, i hear very very nice professional men & woman are at the resort, with many things to do and places to go ( with a car) , everyone who has stayed at the westin conchal resort has talked us into going to this wonderful place this anv trip, so here we come ! thank you anthony palomba wife stephanie and son antonio

The resort is beautiful, our room and bed were very comfortable. The staff do not know the word "no". Diego, Paul, Steven and Jose were amazing with food and beverage service. They memorized our names, room, food and drink preferences. We bought a couple of pieces of pottery from The Oven Store owned by Jesus and Susan in Guatil. Susan speaks great english and they are true artisans. The Diría Coffee processing plant in Hojancha was worth the drive. Dennis knows his coffee and made the tour fun and interactive. If you love coffee this is a must! Marizio Silva from Authentico Tours made our jet ski tour to the Catalina islands a one of a kind experience.
On the beach we got the best $20.00 massages from Gigi and Lourdes. We had a massage every day (sometimes 2 a day) with different ladies and they were the best! We will definitely go back next year!

I am a Colombian resident in Costa Rica and Reserva Conchal is my favorite place. I like the apartments, with very nice decoration and all needed for great relax. Our most recent apartment had view to the ocean which made it even better . The beach club is fantastic for all family.
