For the amount of money that they ask for, they provide the smallest and very cramp apartments. The staff were unwelcoming and rude and extremely arrogant. They would dismiss your problems and never treat you like your the customer. The photos of the apartment were very misleading and were extremely different to what they looked like in person.

I have booked a 1 bedroom apartment, and had a confirmation by email. i told them i will be checking-in late. when i arrived i found out that they have cancelled my booking?!! on the basis they have called me and didn't answer the phone!!!!! i was offered an apartment for one night and told to pay extra upgrade!!! the manageress Kenza thought that she could sweet talk me into paying!!! I paid the extra because i was on holiday mode, and i didn't want them to spoil my holiday!! (they gave my room to someone else and wanted to squeeze the extra from her guests:((((
I checked in the apartment was a disgrace dirty kitchen, the towels seem to have a 20 years usage in them, they wake you up at 09:00AM to take the towels and bring them back in the evening!!!! i told the housekeeper what do you want me to use in the meantime!!!
This place needs an overall of its management structures because the they are killing the place.
They organised weddings receptions as well and the noise coming from downstairs until early morning is unbearable.
The internet only available by the reception on the ground floor!! not inside the apartment!?!!
This was my first stay in this place and it will be my last! Really unpleasant experience.

The staff can not do a miracle, do with the means at their disposal
A bit far from everything, but it is not a problem.
A restaurant nearby with an excellent coucous
Luxury hotels and beaches around 1km

The building is huge and like a ghost town. Wild dogs patrol, you can only return by taxi at night. It's secluded and the hallways are dark at night until you stumble to the light switch. A lot of barking at night and the rooms and furniture are run down. I wouldn't stay there again. Staff pester you for payment. I had something go missing as well, maybe not stolen (slippers) but they were in the concierge, they should have been safe.

Nice clean room, tv and air-conditioning all working fine. Close to beach.
Small shower room but lovely piscine, only downside that there's no shops a round.I was really happy with hotel and its location I will surely visit again.
