We have stay at the Bizzoni residence for the third time. We just stayed three weeks and everything was perfect! We will return. The hotel is close to town and shopping.

This location is close to the city centre of Terni. We had a spacious, quiet and clean suite for a very reasonable price. Washrooms are clean and modern. The breakfast buffet is above average. The host was very friendly and helpful.

I spent just one night there and it was excellent. Wormly welcomed by the owner, easy to find place and it's near to the terni city center. I had breakfast there because it's included price it wasn't very good but it was ok. Good place for the long term!!

The hotel is centrally located, just a couple of minutes to the Gate of the old city. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed every minute at this fantastic hotel. Mr. Buzzoni and his son Marco, were very helpful with information regarding Terni and Umbria. We had a huge suite, which included 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a specious living room with TV, 2 sofas and a dining table. This suite came with a large kitchen that was fully equipped so we used it to have some snacks. The breakfast was very nice, with lots to choose from. Great cappuccino, lovely pastry and some yogurt. One day we returned in the evening, after a long day of traveling, we asked Mr. Bizzoni if we can have Cappuccinos. We were willing to pay for it, but he insisted on not charging us. That is one of the treats of family run establishment. While visiting Terni, this is the place to stay!

We've recently spent 5 nights here and were sorry to leave. We had a wonderful spacious one bedroomed apartment overlooking the park and it was perfect. Immaculately clean, they offer a delicious continental breakfast with fresh coffee and tea. Ran by a father and son - and ran very well.
Marco gave us excellent directions to the Marmore falls from opening times to bus times etc. they were so precise ...we had a wonderful day.
If you're in this area you will not do better than Residence Bizzoni ... it is perfect.
