Greeted by Lorenzo who was welcoming and friendly and helped for a smooth check in and talked us through the facilities in our apartment. Excellent customer service and so very helpful. The apartment itself had a fully equipped kitchen and dining table with a sofa bed and balcony then separate bedroom with wardrobes and a balcony also and compact but serviceable bathroom with shower. Air con was great too. Very clean! Rooftop terrace for sunbathing was fab but the beach was just across the road where they have an agreement with two local beach clubs for discounted sun beds for residents. All in all superb location near to nice restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. Cannot commend the service enough we would definitely come back here.

We stayed 3 nights in this very clean, quiet and beachfront residence. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and right on the 24 Km cycling route where we enjoyed cycling and walking by the sea. Also very kind and helpful staff. We will definitively book this residence again for our future breaks on the Ligurian Riviera.

The Residence is the perfect place to stay. It is very to near the port, town and bus station but it isn't noisy. It is also close to some of the best restaurants in San Remo, as well a supermarket. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. This was our fourth stay and we are already planning our return.

Very clean apartment. very well organised. Everything you need is there.
Staff very welcoming and happy to help.
Free bikes at the hotel. Parking in the hotel grounds for 10 euros a day.

My husband and I decided to book an apartment here as a base for our first anniversary.
The staff were the best! Friendly & helpful,outstanding customer service
Lovely spacious clean apartment and a perfect location.
Wonderful restaurants and bars all within walking distance.
Would love to visit again & highly recommend.
