We stayed here last Thursday night and were really disappointed.
Firstly, when we arrived at 16:30 we had to queue for half an hour to be told that the room wasn't ready and then wait a further hour to be given our key.
It was a bank holiday weekend but the place was far from busy.
There was no explanation or apology for the delay.
Our appartment was functional but needed a good clean (sticky glassware and blood stains of squashed mosquitos on the wall) and the decor requires updating.
The pool area, lake and island are nice and well looked after but the rest of residence felt abandoned.
The football pitch has grass a metre high, the boules court and mini golf are covered in weeds and the tennis courts had a broken tv on it.
With a bit of investment this place could be brilliant but unfortunately, as it stands I would not go back or recommend it.

Booked through booking.com... totally mislead, pictures are nothing like the condition of the site as it is now (june 2013) very dirty, bedrooms very tired, patio had stray cats on it and sliding doors made from chicken wire, like fencing held together with electrical tape!
We were offered Rooms in block 900... cant remember the exact number, well out of the way. as we were on a road trip and had a lot of luggage, we were not even aloud to drive to the property to unload... good job as the barrier they had was broken anyway. We were also told that we had to purchase sheets and towels as they are not supplied!! No where do they tell you this on booking.com. Interestingly after viewing the room we went straight back to the reception and the lady on the desk sympathised with us! What does this tell you??
We then spoke to the manager Sangiorgio Phlippe and he couldnt refund or do anything for us.
We are still contesting this with booking.com who are also a complete waste of space.
We didnt stay (we had booked for 3 nights) and found a local Ibis hotel (very good)
Overall totally misrepresented, dirty and not at all as described.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT EVEN CONTEMPLATE STAYING HERE!
