Affordable and spacious
333Julia333on 11/11/2015 21:26Spacious, affordable and comfortable apartment for a low price ! If you do not care too much for luxury or you simply can't afford fancy holiday, I recommend you to check this hotel out. Located around 15 minutes walk from the beach (which is long and sandy), is close to local shops and restaurants. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. If you want a sea view from your apartment, let the reception know via email. Receptionist is lovely and helpful.
Perfect for a simple, affordable get-away
jackiemnpon 12/09/2015 17:51Pros: Furnished kitchen, two balconies, AC, right downtown, walking distance from the beach (about 10 min walk), clean, and suuuuper nice staff!
Cons: Balastrate is a small town - and a bit dirty. Also, the shower doors needed replacing. But other than that, exactly as advertised!
Nuce holiday
Inna Kon 28/06/2015 21:25Very nice appartament. Big with seaview balcony. Loved it most . Quiet place , no loud neighbours. Very nice location . Close to beach 15 min walking or 5 min by car . Car can be parked just at the enterance to appartaments. Goid local shops near vith tasty food. Bars are lovely just 2 mins away from appartament. Would recommend.

mvdberg57on 07/05/2015 18:44We stayed for 2 nights in a clean, spacious apartment with a balcony looking out on the sea and the people enjoying the view on the promenade. Supermarkets and places to eat close by, kitchen with fridge and freezer and enough utensils to cook a decent meal. Good wifi, comfortable bed. The bathroom with shower was a bit small but adequate. Nice people everywhere. We would definitely stay here again. A good base to venture further out on the island.
Very nice when travelling with a baby
Martin Ron 08/11/2014 09:15We stayed here outside of season with our 7 month old baby - hoping to get a piece of sicily and some peace and room for relaxing - and we got all that. The apartment was fine, clean and the facilities matched our needs - we bought groceries 50m down the street and cooked ourselves. We were almost the only guests at the hotel which suited us very nicely. The view from the balcony over the sea was beautiful. The locals are very friendly ;)
