The first night stay I️ had to move rooms due to rattling water pipes in the wall.
(At 1AM) The front desk staff replied with “ yes, we have that complaint all the time.. let me move you.”
After I️ completed my move, (at 1 AM), the AC did not work.
I️ took a shower w/a moldy shower curtain liner.
When I️ left for business the second day, I️ informed the front desk that the AC didn’t work and the liner needed to be replaced.
Her response was, “we can move you to another room.” “No mam” was my reply, “for the price I’m paying a night, this facility should be capable of meeting my expectations of a working AC unit and non-mildewed shower liner.”
The liner was replaced but still no AC the second night.
My final nights stay I️ was was awakened at 4 AM by the room above me having a wrestling match in their living room.
Needless to say, I️ WILL NEVER STAY HETE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Once a year our family travels to Pensacola Beach, Florida, for a week of fun in the sun. Our half-way stop along the journey is Baton Rouge and the Residence Inn Towne Center at Cedar Lodge. It's a great hotel with a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area. We get a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and have a blast with all our grandkids. Easy to get to and the staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Great location, clean, staff was very helpful, pleasant and professional, and took care of our special requests.
Located walking distance of very nice shopping area and many restaurants. Newk's and Starbucks and Books a Million next to it.

I love the Marriott chain and this was a new property for us. Beautiful, spacious rooms good sofa bed. Overall top class accommodation. And we booked at short notice too. Free breakfast. Next to a Starbucks and shopping plaza if someone wanted an extended stay

I just started using this hotel for business travel - and I love this hotel!! It's in a great location in Baton Rouge and the staff is incredible! Sometimes their rates get a little high and I just use other Marriotts in town when that happens - but I always look at this hotel first because it's my first choice now in Baton Rouge.
