Loyal Hilton Member Just Converted to Marriott Customer
Nicolas Con 18/11/2017 03:47I really believe that the staff here follow Marriott's model of living by the #GoldenRule. Treating others like we'd like to be treated. Upon check in, we were treated amazing, my daughter was given a gift, and we were upgraded. I have always been loyal to Hilton and have never stayed at a Marriott before, but this trip has changed my mind. The facility was great, the pool was nice, wonderful amenities, and you feel like the staff really care!
Such a nice and comfortable place
MaryJaneNDon 11/11/2017 04:35We had a two bedroom suite for five nights. Great place, nice little breakfast, attractive rooms and lobby, and even a place to buy beer and wine. We didn’t use the pool but it looks great. They also have a fire pit that we didn’t use. Lots of restaurants in the area. I would definitely come back here.

PhoenixRobinon 19/10/2017 01:16We have stayed at a lot of Residence Inns, and most are nice enough. The Bismarck Residence Inn was exceptional. The one-bedroom suite we had was clean, large and comfortable. The room was very, very quiet and well away from any freeways or busy roads. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us when the first room we were assigned to had a strong room freshener smell. Breakfast the next day was the usual fare, but it’s always nice to be able to eat at the hotel rather than search for a restaurant.
Nice Hotel and Friendly Service
406Foodieon 11/10/2017 05:05John checked us in. He was one of the most friendly people we have encountered while traveling. Super nice guy. The hotel is nice and spacious. Our room was clean. The hotel appears to be new or recently renovated. The breakfast was decent also for a hotel breakfast. Lots of choices. Definitely would stay here again.
Comfortable for 3

We had a complimentary drink (they had bratwurst and sides but we had eaten) on Tuesday before heading to our room - a one bedroom. Lots of space in living area for pull out couch and still additional couch space and 2-person dining table. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom wasn't accessible directly from living room but based on everything else going through bedroom wasn't a big deal. Breakfast (great job Lupe) was the best I've had at a Residence Inn.
