The Residence Inn is very nice. Clean rooms great view of the stadium. We weren’t there for baseball but to get pictures of the eagles at the Conowingo Dam. This is about 20 min away and close to some great places to eat. If there is baseball going on I’d pick another place. Unless of course you are there for baseball and then it is great. Great staff. My only complaint, the beds are too soft.

Staying here for work....location convenient to major roads but quiet and private....nice stadium view...clean typical residence Inn with kitchen ....decent typical hot breakfast....Monday to Thursday Happy hour with wine and beer....Monday was snacks....yummy warmed horseradish dip, bread, veggies, pitas....Tuesday was a meal - sausage & peppers with yummy Caesar salad....Wednesday- desserts, waffle sundaes....I stuck with the white wine since I am not a bud light or IPA drinker....staff is very accommodating

We stayed at Residence Inn for a baseball tournament at Ripken Experience. The Residence Inn essentially shares a building with the Courtyard, where all of the services are. The Residence Inn offers suites and in-room mini-kitchens vs. the standard rooms for the Courtyard. Also the Residence Inn has a free buffet breakfast and they provide wristbands for guests. The buffet is standard, continental plus waffles, tasteless eggs and sausage patties.
The downside for tournaments is Residence Inn requires a 3 night stay and has a 5 day cancellation, so if you get your schedule and you have a late first game Saturday and you want to cancel Friday night and come up Saturday morning, you are out of luck. We had booked rooms at both hotels, with Courtyard having a 2 night minimum and 2 night cancel. I guess I called a few hours after my 5 day cancellation and there was no budging on the cancel for us to go over to Courtyard. So, you get three cheaper nights vs. 2 more expensive nights. Bad business practice.
The rooms are nice and spacious and if you get a room looking over the fields it's a nice treat. There are several rooms on the second floor that have terraces, so if you get one of those, that's a bonus, but if you get a room on the third floor overlooking those rooms, change immediately. We got one and a team was hosting a party on their terrace and it was loud.
The Comfort Inn side of hotel has the ice machines all the way towards the parking lot side. Also, they have a bar/restaurant and comfortable lounge/seating area, and you can pass back and forth as long as you have your room key. The Residence Inn side is very bright and sterile, while the CI side is cozy and inviting. Also the front desk is staffed primarily on the CI side, with limited staffing on the RI side.
All in, a good hotel with good service. Just be cautious about minimum nights and cancellation policy.

Stayed here for a business trip. Hotel was clean, quiet. Right behind the hotel is the Ripken Little League Stadium. Very convenient. Hotel staff friendly and pleasant. Very clean. Had to check in at the Courtyard desk, which is in the same building.

Had booked a room earlier in the winter at the Courtyard for this past weeks Blue Crab Tournament. When the size of our party increased from 3 to 4, the room was too small for the family and there were no large size rooms available. I checked the Residence Inn which is connected to the Courtyard and was lucky to hit a one day deal on the Marriot website where I got a one bedroom suite for $149 with breakfast. Saved about 50% over the Courtyard. We bought a blow up mattress off Amazon, so we had that and the sleeper sofa in the living room and the King bed in the bedroom. Housekeeping was subpar - asked for feather free room and found out that the pillows were all feather - took a while to bring us the foam pillows. Also , room service was very hit or miss during our five night stay. Floor hallways were not vacuumed. Breakfast was good and they had cups and ice for ice coffee which was great to take to the fields to watch the games. Cant beat the location - our son was able to take a shower and chill between games.
