We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The suite was extremely comfortable and had a full kitchen. The employees are the hotel were very sweet and welcoming. From the minute we checked it the front desk agent, Niessa Kinard, was sweet and very accommodating as well as Kristen Castillo and Joanne. They were wonderful staff. They serve a delicous continental breakfast and Harris the breakfast clerk was extremely caring, asking if the breakfast was satisfactory and if there was anything else we needed. I recommend this for families because the room are apartment size. We only stay at Marriotts so we know the standard that they keep.

I have been here for a week. This has been made completely comfortable and enjoyable by everyone, but tow main women in particular. Janice Auretta, the Director of Sales and Marketing, and Kristen Castillo, the Front Desk Agent. They have firmly secured that any and all future stays by me or any of my employees, as well as friends and family, will be at the Residence Inn of Boca Raton. I cannot say enough about these ladies. Their hospitality is second to none and their professionalism is something every business owner would find ideal in their direct ambassadors.

We chose this hotel for two nights until we could check into our resort in Weston. It looked nice, we had a room with a fireplace and pool. Sounded great to us. As we arrived, we entered the lobby area and two women were behind the front desk. Now I understand that people are busy and we aren't anyone special,but we stood at the desk for at least a couple of minutes before anyone looked up to even acknowledge us. I mean at least say hello or we will be right with you. When one of the women did speak to us, it was this, "last name on the reservation". I noticed her name and it happened to be one of the managers. Okay so she's not got great social skills. Fine!! We got checked in and to our room. It was neat and clean and would be great for our two day stay. I know we are in Florida, but hey, it was cooler and we wanted to use the fireplace. I asked during check in if our room had one and we assured we did. All cool except when we called down to get logs to burn(which was what the sign on the fireplace told us to do), we were told they didn't have any. Ummmm okay so why not tell us that? Next day we decided to hang by the pool. It was a cooler day, but beautiful and sunny and warm in the sun. Got down to the pool and it was absolutely filthy. Leaves all in the pool and hot tub and just unacceptable. Well there goes that plan. Onto the beach instead!! I will say the sundae/waffle bar was very nice and the young man running that was wonderful and friendly!!! It met our basic needs, but a little hospitality goes a long way. I wouldn't stay here again and it's disappointing because we usually have wonderful stays at Marriott hotels.

Great hotel, great staff, Kristen castillo..front desk agent and Harris breakfast clerk were outstanding. Went out of there way to make me and my family feel welcome. We got a early check in and late check out at no extra charge.

My guess is that they converted an apartment complex in a hotel. Furniture is outdated, carpet needs replacement, front door requires fixes. Staff is friendly, breakfast ok. Location close to the I-95 is convenient.
