Off the beaten path
RipleyLakeon 14/10/2017 08:42Very nice hotel, friendly staff, updated clean hotel with nice clean comfortable rooms. Several restaurants in the area within walking distance. Bed was just right, bathroom a little small and lacked counter space.
Loud room, poor management
David Kon 04/10/2017 19:01As a Gold member, I stay at Marriotts around the country, and I have never been in a room that is so loud, or interacted with management that was so poor. In addition to the background noise of the highway reverberating in the valley, the "hotel" parallels a train track. Be prepared for the horn of the train going off all night long. I spoke to an assistant manager, who mentioned that they try not to put people in that part of the hotel. He stated that he could not give a refund because it was an advanced purchase rate, but that he would ask the general manager for 45,000 points. The general manager did not return my first two calls. I finally reached him and he said that he can't do anything about the noise, and he would give me 1000 points (1/30th of the points needed to stay at the property). They knew that the highway and train tracks were there when they built the hotel. Why would they build it and put cheap windows and no insulation on the suites in this wing? If you care about your sleep, or just being treated respectfully, do not stay here.

IAM576on 01/10/2017 18:21Heater was noisy, making room too hot, air conditioner cooled too much. No ceiling fan, very poor breakfast. good location easy to airport and downtown, and good staff and house keeping perople. Very nice lobby.
Comfortable, Mid-level Priced Hotel, with Kitchen & Free Hot Breakfast
2viewson 25/09/2017 08:34Very nice accommodations at a moderate price. The room comes with a kitchen which includes a full-size frig, microwave, dishes, and table ware. The bed and furniture were comfortable. In the morning there is a free hot and cold breakfast. This would be a great place for an extended stay.
Nice little pit-stop on our journey
lhamilt77on 24/09/2017 13:40We were on a multi-state journey, road tripping through the various parks. Residence Inn was our first place to stay after landing in Bozeman. Gotta give it a ding for not having any rooms with double beds - weird. I could have sworn when I booked, I was told there were double bed options. In truth, there is a king bed and pullout couch - not the same thing folks. At any rate, the room was well appointed, clean, and the king bed was comfortable. They offer a breakfast in the morning of eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, toast cereal and the like. Good way to fuel up for the day's hiking ahead! Also it's nearby a host of stores like Target if you need to stock up on supplies.
