Basic hotel that met our needs as an overnight stay for a local wedding. Not much to speak of in terms of decor or design. Bed was comfy and the small kitchenette was convenient. The buffet breakfast that was included was sparse but adequate.

They need to spend less on the landscaping and more on the day to day operation of the hotel. Housekeeping was poor. We had a 2 BR suite and 1 BR had no remote for the TV, no hair dryer and no luggage rack. The LR had no remote for the TV. There was half of a skateboard left in the suite against the TV chest in one of the BR. How do you miss a skateboard ?? See photo. When i called the front desk on the remotes ( I needed at least 1 of the 2 ) the response was indifferent.
The TV channel selection was minimal.
I know these are little items but they add up to a poorly run hotel and for $ 300 a night you expect more.
The breakfast was above average.
I got the impression the place was supported by corporate types so they can charge this higher than what I consider normal pricing ( even for California ).

What a terribly hot summer, 100+ degree heat during my visit to the area. Great location right beside the 101 freeway and right beside the Camarillo outlet shops. Friendly staff, well kept property and rooms. I would recommend it and stay again !

Hotel staff was excellent. Rooms were nice and spacious. Location is close to highways and short drive to Outlets. Pool and spa were useful in the heat. Good hot breakfast included. Fully equipped kitchenette was perfect for our needs.

Hotel is decent but not as good as other Residence Inns. Breakfast is not that great, it was busy and things kept running out, plus only one fresh fruit option. I've definitely stayed at better ones before.
