I stayed here for 4 weeks on a solo business trip. I quickly started calling it "my apartment" instead of "my hotel" because my suite had everything. The kitchen didn't have an oven but did have everything else including a coffee maker (although there was always fresh coffee any time in the lobby). Shower was hot and had good water pressure, bed was cozy with plenty of pillows, and the room was spacious without feeling lonely. Breakfast was hot and ample, plus the free food reception in the evenings. Both delicious. Staff was so sweet. Marcus at the front desk and Ms. Nora were particularly kind and always remembered me. I was actually a little sad to leave.

This was such a beautiful hotel! so clean, friendly staff and they allowed pets which is just unbelievable because it was a really great place! the breakfast was delicious and it was just a wonderful environment I really loved it there. The staff was so friendly and accommodating we needed to check in early and did not arrange to do so before getting there and they went out of their way to help us to get into our room before check-in time we really appreciated that and we are so grateful!

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and this is no exaggeration. What made my stay was not the room, not the location, not the food, but the staff. The hotel staff needs to be recommended for there professionalism and courtesy. They go above and beyond the scope of service. They definitely need to be rewarded for the job they do on a daily basis.

I enjoyed my stay because of the awesome staff, Hotel room was great with all of the amenities, and great breakfast too! Great location that is close to I-64, Greenbrier Mall, Movie Theater and restaurants.

I was here this summer in Mid-August with family and Tyler made the stay as smooth as possible! Also Marcus was of great help when Tyler was not around and I really love that the staff aren't all different which made it seem like I was valued more. Anyway this property has definitely proved to me why Marriott is where they are today! Thank Guys!
