Stayed here for a soccer tourney. Very close to the mall and food. Rooms were nice . Did have a problem with the sofa bed . Staff quickly put us in a new room and were very nice . Even offered to have someone help is move . Will stay again .

Rooms were smaller than other Residence Inn locations I have stayed in the past and the location was not the best-tucked away in dark location. I thought the location was not great for family vacations.

This Marriott location is likely the most " tired" one I have stayed in..As a rewards member who has stayed hundred' s of nights at various Marriott properties, this one is likely most run down one I have visited.
The location is convenient to 75 and 275 but that neighborhood and surrounding does have the safe feel of most places I have stayed.
The staff was very friendly and helpful so really the only reason this location is not rated a 1 star.

We were located in the hotel due to home renovations. The insurance make the arrangements and provided payment for our extended stay. I was asked for our credit card for incidentals. A hold for over $700 was placed on our card by the hotel staff. This was a huge inconvenience. My husband is in a electric wheelchair. Our room was accessible, but the suite was tight due to the furniture. It was difficult for my husband to manipulate the room. We immediately smelled animals when we entered the room. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The manager sincerely apologized for the inconveniences.

Our house had some water damages, so we needed a place to stay for 7 days that would accommodate my husband, teenage son, and my self so we chose Residence Inn.
The property was clean, very well maintained on the outside as well as the inside.
However I never got a chance to eat breakfast, due to the time they opened and my work schedule, but I heard it was good.
Staff at front desk very friendly. We had an issue with our TV glitching while we were trying to enjoy a movie. I called the front desk and they sent someone right over to look at it. It need a new cord and they fixed it the next day. However that still didn't take care of the problem, but I didn't complain. If that was the only thing wrong I'd consider it a good stay!
