Residence Inn is one of my favorite hotels because of the space and kitchenette. The hotel staff has always been great as well and this hotel by Midway Airport was no different. The location was clean and remodeled ( loved the kitchen cabinets in room) Bed was comfortable, living room furniture was new and comfortable too. Hotel has a swimming pool ( wish there was a hot tub) and they provide free breakfast. I stayed one night so I didn't have much interaction with the staff but I was welcomed and given a gift for checking in online. We were both impress and will be going back.

Hotel has wonderful staff attendants and great house keeping service. The rooms arev keptb very clean and great television with awesome picture, and a great perk that other surrounding hotels don't offer is FREE MOVIE CABLE. Also they have live music on certain day's and DINNER OFFERED MOMDAY , TUESDAY , AND WEDESDAY. Also big pool area, and great basketball court for the hoopers and what's cool about the back outside area GAS BBQ GRILL AND BIG NICE FIRE PIT. To sum up my review I would recommened this hotel to friends and family, and if I ever need a hotel get away or stay I will definently be staying at the Residence Inn in Bedford Park IL

I stayed here for almost 2 years. The management staff was excellent and very friendly made you feel right at home. Housekeeping was perfect never had a problem and room was always cleaned. I really would stay there again.. Liz, Manny, Maria, Jacob, and Asad made staying there well worth i..

This hotel allowed a guest to fraudulently use my Marriott rewards. I canceled the reservation two times online each time getting billed cancellation fees. I even called the manager on duty last night who refused to do anything about it. I informed him I would be doing a charge back immediately he laughed and said go ahead. I spent two hours on the phone with Marriott rewards and corporate Marriott who has now ban this hotel from Using Marriott rewards.

Just spent 2 weeks at this hotel visiting relatives in town.
This place is very special ...
-The staff will go out of their way to help
-They are always "happy" and friendly
-In particular Liz, Jacob, and BJ
-Facilities and rooms are very nice
-Hot breakfast is great
-Parking is "free" (rare in Chicago)
-Shuttle service to/from Midway
If you don't need to be too close to downtown, you will be very happy staying here.
