I booked 11 rooms for a business group and the technology was just unbearable. Monday night football came on about every 2 minutes and the telephone (yes I will consider that technology) doesn't even work.
When I asked about the phone service and the TV I was told that they were not even sure who the provider was. I requested service for both and when the service staff arrived over an hour later, I was asked "which light build is out?."
Very pricey for outdated technology.

This is our second stay at this hotel for an annual shopping trip. The location is the only good thing I can say about it. The elevator is gross, you can see built up dirt on the buttons and the decor is dirty. Upon entering the room, the bathroom floor had dust bunnies. There are brown stains on the towels. The lighting in the shower area of our two bedroom suite is underwhelming. None of the three televisions were working. When I called the front desk I was told that the storm must have knocked out the service then she hung up on me. We will never stay here again. Extremely disappointed!

This hotel is a definite plus for the family on the go or the business traveler. Clean hotels with big spacious rooms and great kitchen areas. We had great service all weekend and were happy to stay in this no frills hotel. My suggestion- ask for a room that has two separate spaces with a door, it gives that opportunity for great sleep while others can use the general space and kitchen.

We checked in to the Residence Inn July 6th and is scheduled to stay until Sunday, July 9th. After being away from the room the second day, our room was not cleaned. I called the front desk, the girl transferred me to Patrick the Opps Manager. I told him our room had not been cleaned for 2 days. He said they do not have weekend cleaning. He also said they clean rooms every other day. I was shocked and insulted. Our total Hotel stay was $568.05, and we did not even get our room cleaned. They lady was on the hallway Friday, July 7th when we left around 9 am and she did not clean the room that day. We came back to the room Saturday very tired around 8:28 pm and was pissed at what we saw. After being transferred to Patrick the Opps Manager he send in a nice guy, but it was too late. We were tired and we are done with Residence Inn. We want other visitors to know we were told by Patrick, the Opps Manager they have every other day cleaning. I have never heard of this in my life. It is very poor customer service.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past on business and pleasure. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I know this is an older hotel that is badly in need of updating but there is no excuse for filth! When you walk into the reception area, you begin to see the signs of dirt and neglect. There is no excuse! Every doorway, the breakfast area, the doors, the floors, the public restroom...every surface is gross!!! The nightly reception was a joke. A few small carrots and pieces of celery in a tray that was wet and icky plus a couple dips and a few chips. The breakfast was terrible! I'm including a few pics. The one of the door is the door leading into the kitchen!! Can you imagine what the kitchen looks like??? We couldn't even eat because it looked so unappetizing. The elevator was out of order so I had to walk up and down the 3 flights of stairs with my luggage. The front desk girl in the evening was very nice but the morning woman on duty was the most sour, rude individual I have ever met in a place of business. She looked like she just got out of bed.
I DON'T know who the GENERAL MANAGER IS BUT HE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!
