We came in and needed a few changes to an existing reservation and she was really helpful getting everything in order. Do you lobby was modern spacious and good place to hang out. Looking forward breakfast in the morning.
Amazingly Friendly Staff
Frank Fon 07/11/2017 03:26A 5-week business trip can feel like 5 months if your lodging isn't good. For me, the stay at the Residence Inn ensured that I was comfortable, rested, and well prepared for a very challenging training course. The hotel is convenient to a number of chain eateries, a Sam's Club, Walmart, downtown Dayton and the Dayton Airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped, and built well enough that you are assured a peaceful night's rest. There is always a plentiful hot breakfast in the mornings as a well as a food and drink happy hours during most week nights.
While all of these qualities are great, it is the hotel staff that makes this hotel the best choice from the numerous competitors in the area. During my stay I found the entire staff to be friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with Tye and her colleagues from housekeeping who worked tirelessly to ensure that my room was spotless every day. While the entire staff does a great job, the person that stood out the most to me was Alexandria, the night desk manager. Always smiling and ready to offer a warm hello, Alexandria treats her customers like family. During the multiple times that I sought her assistance, she readily provided me what I needed and did it with a warm smile and a few kind words. For me, it is people like Alexandria who make make a hotel stand out from the many available options in the area. In the future I will be plan on returning to this hotel when I return to Dayton as I know that Alexandria, Tye and the rest of the great staff will make my stay as comfortable as possible.
Housing Keeping
Blake Ton 08/10/2017 16:48April S was a pleasant person to have serviced us. We had clean towels and wash clothes beds where made everyday. Just great service. She always had a smile on her face and willing to do anything that was asked. Will recommend hotel to friends and family.
Great Place to Stay & Very Friendly

Great location, (lots of establishments in walking distance and a Super Walmart (grocery shopping) in walking distance. Very friendly staff (April, Brenda) and others were awesome. Great facilities and amenities (outdoor grill) and it is NOT next to interstate (quite). Nice pool and lots of sidewalks around. If your a runner there is a large cemitary just west of the facility that's a great place to run.
Easy access to many areas around Dayton
Barbinator2014on 23/09/2017 19:56Decided to stay here based on a AAA rating review. Lobby is very modern looking and soothing in decor. They even serve cucumber or lemon water at the front desk! Love the room. Has kitchenette which can make anything. Staff friendly, love the gal who takes care of the breakfast buffet! Sam's club is right across the street.
