Terrible. Stayed in royal apartment for two nights. Jacuzzi cannot be used if your stay is shorter than 3 night( that is not written anywhere). There was no hot water first night, stuff on the terrace is falling apart. Overall: not worth the money.

The apartments were fully furnished and equipped with a lot of parking facilities. To get to the apartments you have to drive through the port. The apartment was spacious and clean, unfortunately no WIFI availiable, the additional sofa in the living-room was disastrous, they sell it as an additional bed bud it's almost impossible to sleep on it.
Price was ok, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with kitchen, balcony for less than 90€per night.

Staying in the ROYAL suite is easily memorable. View of Portorož, swimming in the jacuzzi on terace, 140 m2, of which 70m2 of terraces, two bathrooms, two bedrooms...
Furniture is great, kitchen well equipment..
Wifi in rooms would be nice...

Spatious apartment (type Classic) with serious minus, because of a disastrous sofa, which is meant to be an additional bed, but it's impossible to sleep on it!! Further disadvantage for a 4stars apartment is lack of wi-fi internet. True, there is an old cable in a non working socket - so, you have to choose, either you want to have the phone functioning or you occupy the only working socket with the net cable. The fridge needs a serious defrosting operation and we would recommend maintenance of the airconditioner (which cools the air efficiently down, but causes bad air at the same time).
That was our first and probably the last visit there. For this price looking for a smarter accomodation seems to be a quite logical step.

We had 4 nights here and found it a really pleasant, relaxing place. It's very quiet, the apartments are spacious with patios that open out to wide fenced lawns, which are ideal play spots for children. The bedding was excellent, the bathroom and kitchenette well equipped, thought the fridge was quite small. The pool at the residence is free to use, though recliners and umbrellas are for rent @ 15 euro per day. There is a restaurant at the pool, wifi internet there is free, however, there is no internet in the apartments.The residence is a 10 min walk - a shorter drive - to shops, cafes, a super market and the bus station in Lucija. Buses go to Portoroz, Piran and Izola or intercity to Ljubljana or into Croatia. A walk through the motor camp next door brings you to a beach and you can walk or cycle round the peninsula past the salt pans. It's a great place to base yourself to explore the area, either by car, or particularly bicycle.
