I have nothing bad to say!! Staff was friendly, breakfast included and it was good, I slept well, they keep your luggage in the hotel for free if you have to check out before going to the airport, balcony, everything you need is near (like metro, restaurants, mall). Rooms are clean and they clean them every day. It wasn't too expensive. Cooler in the room was really good when it was 36 degrees out and we are from cold Finland! We are definitely coming back :)!!

This is a converted residential complex. The staff was very welcoming but the facilities are a big let down. The biggest problem is the quality of the rooms. The bed covers had stains and all linen is clearly very old. The floor had not been hovered so walking around the room, you would dirty your socks/feet; essentially, it had not been cleaned. No pillows were provided. Soap was given but no shampoo/shower gel.

I stayed in this residence for ~3 weeks in November 2016. The room were quite spacious (double bed) and the breakfast was included. The breakfast was included, although it's quite poor quality. Wifi is only available in the lobby, so it's a bummer. The location is great though. Right next to Saldanha, on the red line of the metro, you can get quite easily to the city center in 10-15 minutes top.

Just 5 minute walk from Saldhana metro station on the red airport line but also conveniently connects you to the rest of the city. The hotel is quiet and comfortable with a lift. We were upgraded to a bigger room which had a balcony overlooking the street. Watch out for flocks of parakeets in the trees below. The TV has BBC World news. The receptionist let us leave our suitcase for an hour after we checked out. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby for breakfast and dinner.

The Residential Canada is value for money. It is located in a quiet area and fantastic access to transportation. 20 mins by train to the airport. The Metro Station is 100 metres from the hotel.
There is a receptionist available 24 hours, they were welcoming and pleasant. Most of the rooms have a street view and the windows were double glazed keeping noise out.
The beds were rather small but okay for normal sized couples. The room had air-conditioning, a small TV with a quite a few English speaking channels.
You could also access free WIFI at reasonable speed 24 hours.
The bathroom has a bath tub and shower. Also the room came with an air dryer. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels changed.
The Hotel only provides continental breakfast for 5 Euros but will advise that you will better breakfast around the corner.
You are within 15 mins of all the tourist sites from the hotel.
Overall, the hotel was good for the value paid.
