Beautiful and clean rooms(the only problem was the small bathroom). The staff was polite and helpful.The location is very convenient near two metro stations and close enough to the historical centre. I'm sure that I will stay there again!

We are a family of 4, and had a family room. As it turns out, it actually has 3 rooms, no doors in between, but nonetheless, 3 separate rooms, which is very nice. The location is not that close to center of the town, about 20 min walk. But Lisbon is a great Uber city. We Ubered pretty much everywhere in Lisbon. A trip to town center (Rossio) cost about 3-4 Euros, to Belem cost about 9 Euro, and airport about 9-10. The rooms are clean, hotel has 24 hour reception.
The only downside is that the water press is very low, and hand towels felt hard, it's as though they've been air-dried. The bath towels are ok. But overall it's a good stay. The rooms had parquet/pergo floor, it felt very clean.

I very much enjoyed my stay in Paradouro. My room was very nice and clean, with a little balcony where I loved to sit in the evening (a blanket is provided). The value for money is really excellent. I felt safe and welcomed, the staff is very friendly. In the vicinity of Paradouro is "Lisbon Vegan Restaurante" (Rua de Arroios 175) where you can find a fantastic vegan buffet and with the nearby underground (tickets in Lisbon are really cheap) it only takes a few minutes to get to many tourist attractions.

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed the location, close to the Arroios underground station, from where one can go to the historical center in 10 minutes, to the Oriente area in 20 minutes or to the airport in 30 minutes. The room was very clean and our room had a very nice view over the historical center and river Tangus. The price was extremely reasonable for Lisbon central area. Definitely recommend this place if you look for efficient accommodation in Lisbon.

All was perfect: the location, the room and the staff. Everyday new bedclothes and towels. Air-conditioner, TV set with international channels and a clean bathroom. Close distance to the city centre by metro or 20 min downhill walk. Great place to stay.
