Good choice
venividimagnoon 20/11/2017 09:43The residence is located in a residential area close to Aix-les-Bains Petit Port. The structure is quite crumbling, however apartments are welcoming and furnished with all the essentials. Cleaning can be improved, good service at the reception.
Nice accommodation close to the water park and public beach
Olesya Mon 17/06/2017 19:11Booked a double room for us two, got a whole Appartement with kitchen with a kettle, toaster, cooker, fridge, plates etc , kid room, balcony, separated bathroom with bath tube and WC. Appereantly lots of French people book it for their holiday due to lovely location on the lake with clear water, water park and just stunning nature surrounded by green mountains. Our flat was 69 € + breakfast. If you come for long time to stay there you can bring your own towels, bedding and safe some money. There is a laundry room on ground floor. We had double bed but looks like 2 single beds pushed together. Internet was for free. The breakfast is very French: croissants, jams, baguette, likely a bit cheese as well. The place is not spoiled by tourists, mainly French people there. But really nice place. If you would stay there, then I advice you to have dinner in cuckoo clock restaurant nearby. Amazing
Not a real hotel, not even a hostel but a sleeping place
Pierre Son 07/09/2016 18:09Late arrival but nice welcome. My reservation was dutifully recognised and we were given a very large flat: sleeping room with kitchenette, bathroom with tub and second sleeping room with bunk beds, A large balcony could be used for breakfast.
That is the dry inventory. If the beds were rather comfortable and the towels clean, the rest was dusty and somewhat dirty (hair in the tub, dusty furniture, non-scrubbed linoleum and not even a hook for hanging towels in bathroom).
The breakfast was continental with good bread and fresh croissants, and the coffee was more than decent. Unfortunately, my car that was parked in the private covered parking was damaged during the night without CCTV monitoring, of course.
Amazing Town
AWOLfamilyon 01/10/2015 10:45Stayed there a few years in a row for an extended period of time 3-4months. Great self contained rooms.
Across from a great pool/lake centre that offers great fun for families (slides trampolines, coffee shop, playground) the kids love it. The lake offers gorgeous little restaurants with amazing views of the lake and mountain range.
Macdonald across the road with free internet.
A delicious fruit stall a walk away.
Must visit Annecy. About 30 mins car drive. Spectacular
Avoid like the plague or you just may catch the plague or worse!
weekd09on 24/07/2015 18:52This place is a disgusting disgrace. Not fit for animals never mind human beings. Arrived late in the evening. Man on the desk on in a rush to get home. We went to the room with a 5 year old who had been travelling all day to find it had been cleaned by somebody who was in BAD need of glasses. The deposit of I don't know what on the inside door was disgusting. The pillow they expected my child to sleep on was black with dirt- our dog sleeps on better. The dirt and stench of the fridge! Black dirt around the cooker and an apple sticker on the night stand- lowest standard of cleaning ever. We returned to a closed reception and as it was 9pm, left to stay in a decent hotel! Having paid over 320 euro plus 56 euro for parking we returned for a refund the next day. The receptionist was clearly shocked by the dirt but couldn't understand why at 9 pm we didn't stay around waiting for another room nor understand why we wouldn't stay in such a pit. On showing her the photos the liar promised a refund which we had to chased up through Booking.com-worse than useless. Hotel refused to refund anything and we are still awaiting a token refund from Booking.com. AVOID THIS DUMP
