3 of our friends visited Kaziranga in Dec2016 and chose this budget resort over internet. We were skeptic initially but was not disappointed once we reached. Accessible very close by from highway and National park is located just 1 km from resort. Resort staff was very polite and gave a home-like feel. They arranged safari as well and food was decent. Thumbs up if looking for a non-posh budget stay.

I was looking for a budget hotel for my trip to Kaziranga with my friends, and this was just perfect. There is a simple room with a King size bed, the cushions and pillows provided were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big, but there was no hot water running so that was a problem and it wasn't very clean either, even in the off season when there were barely any other guests.
Otherwise the manager was really helpful. Our jeep safari and elephant ride bookings were handled directly by them and we did not have to face any hassles. For us, since we weren't looking for anything extravagant, it was worth it.

Bad experience. We had booked online. Arrived there to find that they were yet to receive intimation of the booking. We were finally accommodated at a room with a dirty bathroom and a non-functioning flush.
The only positive aspect of the place was its location by the highway.

Excellent location. Just little ahead of Kohra town and Main Central gate. Right on main road. Very good staff. Manager is putting up all his personal efforts to ensure your comfort and safety. Lovely place to stay with family. Very supportive staff.

The hotel is Cheap. Location is good but Beds were not clean. Bathrooms and Toilets were extremely dirty. May be okay for group of friends looking for a cheap accommodation but not recommended at all for family. Spend some more and find a better place for your family. Food was okay, not great. The person in the office wasn't familiar with credit card payment and had to spend a lot of time to convince him about our pre-payment.
