Location, surrounded by water bodies, wooden cottages are the only attraction. For such a huge property the restaurant size and food service absolutely poor. You will feel cramped in Bathroom ( small size, poor layout).. These aspect will make you feel that this place not worth the money..Good that i stayed here for a night only to be close night life in Baga...

We stay here 4 day , Resort is big ,Full greenry , beautiful and maintained properly , Location wise ~1 KM from Baga beach and very near to Market, Breakfast was good. Room very clean ,Staff is good. Facilities good,Overall Good Stay

Hotel : Location is good, pool is clean, front staff is always with smile
Food: average taste , tooo much time to prepare, not good in cocktails, ok services.
within resort activities: By the time we visit, chess was under renovation ( no clue why it was), indor golf they dont have ball , one need to bring on own, pool was clean and good , fishing stick was available.
hotel has amazing garden greenery walking area but be aware its all cottages where any thing and everything is going to heard by fallow passengers , so if its your honeymoon you may think once ;)
rest it was better experience

This is such a huge space with great water bodies and a huge pool. Space and the cottages are great, it could have been an oasis of beauty and luxury sadly the management is just not bothered. The food is horrible every dish is made by Bengali cooks who add mustard oil to everything. The food is a 'no eat'. Please don't even bother with the breakfast is nothing to rave about. The room cleaner cleaned our water glasses with the same cloth with which he was dusting the room! Wifi is only at the reception.
You can give it a miss.

We visited this place during August 2017 and booked 3 rooms. It was nice place but couple of our rooms had issues with Air conditioner and drainage in bathroom. Even after complaining for 3 times they didnt take any action. Room quality was good and it was clean. I suggest all to check AC and drainage first.
Overall experience was good not AWESOME.
