The Resort ,owner ,staff ,location is fabulous.Far from the crowd,amidst the nature with full peace in it.I recommend this property to all those who are looking for a experience being on hill blessed with nature and perfect view all around.

The owner of the hotel is a fraud, masquerades several faces to hide guilt and forced unprofessionalism.
We felt deserted and uncared of during our 1 night stay, we checked out early next morning as there was no one who could prepare breakfast and do the service cum housekeeping. Only one person was managing the chores of cook, cleaner, caretaker. The times we called the owner, he kept on changing his names to show they belonged to a big group. He was living 100 m away as the staff informed but never came upfront. They didn't even refund the amount of at least one day as we had booked 3 days but left just after 1 day due to lack of everything from water to food to cleanliness to hospitality.
A dharamshala is any day better. Request all travellers to blacklist this property.

1. I booked for 3 days. Left the hotel after 2 days.
2. Don't misunderstand to see the word "Resort"....it is a so called hotel.
3. 7 km distance from Mall area & CAB will charge 600 rupees for up & down.
4. If you all 600 rupees with the charge of this hotel you will get far better hotel in the prime location.
5. Rooms are very small,Wooden Almirah inside the bathroom,you have to keep your dress & luggage in the bathroom.....
6. Blankets are very dirty & my wife developed skin rashes.
7. Overall horrible experience.
8. I have paid for 3 heads. They have not provided any extra cot. I slept on floor on a hard mattress. After that there were no space to move inside the room.

Poor shabby rooms, unhealthy atmosphere. I stayed there with my family, but my experience was worst. We booked for 3 nights. But unfortunately we had to leave after 2 nights for the poor rooms. even I got skin allergy from there blanket.

The hotel is a bit away from the city
Perfect for scenery lovers
At night u see the mesmerising beauty of darjeeling
A natural light show
Loved it ...worth the money
Specially the area downside of the hotel is a very good place to roam around...
There is a good garden and also a cottage
The food is quite nice and tasty .....
At night u can go in the balcony and enjoy the cloud cover and the Northern lights natural show.... there is a pic of it as well in my review
