We stayed at 6 hotels during our time in Morocco, this being the most expensive, although probably the most disappointing. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. On the day of our departure, we needed to arrange breakfast, check out and a taxi to the airport. However none of the front of house staff were present. This left us with the very friendly back of house staff who had very limited English. We managed to sort everything using some Franglais. If you have no French at all you'd be in big trouble! I am quite surprised this hotel has had such great reviews.

stayed in many riads, sometimes they can get annoying due to staff, breakfast taking ages, haunted feeling etc.
This one is amazing, but we were also very surprised with the service- very high level!!

Beautiful hotel right in the Medina. Wonderful staff and gorgeous rooms! I felt safe traveling as a single woman and would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Breakfast is included and consistently delicious. Only downside is that the rooms are a bit dark and it can get loud, but I didn't have any trouble sleeping. Right next to a school/mosque and I wasn't even woken by the call to prayer.

Our first visit to Morocco, started in the capital Rabat. Upon Arrival near the medina, we called the riad and they came to pick us up and assist with parking the car. Upon a short walk through the medina we entered this little palace. They made us feel at home right away. Friendly and helpful staff, wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautifully appointed room and adjoining bathroom. Great service from the French owner. They even did a load of clothe washing for 50 Dh.
Breakfast is superb with fresh juices, home made yaourt and assorted jam, eggs, bread and various pastries.
The riad has a nice rooftop terrace also with wifi. It is located in a quiet alleyway within the Medina. Not easy to find.
