Really was very sadisfied about room breakfast and friendly stuff,alot to do like entertament nice pool and sauna,rellay had a ver nice time,would definitely return as good value for money I spend.rooms so comfotrtable

I stayed at riadh pals for 5 days for a business trip. The furniture was old and the mattress was not comfortable at all. No Air conditioning and mini bar in the rooms. The pool is dirty with dead insects and the pool chairs are in a pitiful condition! The only positive point is the food but unfortunately there is a lack of variety.
In short, the hotel does not deserve the 4 star rating.

went for 4 days with family and friend, the rooms were not clean properly as it should be at the check in, lack of light in the corridor in each floor which you feel a bit scared when waiting for the lift which can take several minutes to come, there are two lift one takes to odd floors and the other takes to even floors but no one explains this to the customers, if you don't realise yourself you end up waiting ages. no one offered us some help with the luggage. not much varieties on breakfast, the food was not tasty at all, in several occasion we go outside to eat despite we paid already for our diner. the staff doesn't pay attention to any requests we've made, the baby chairs were filthy and sticky from dirt and most of them broken, each I went to the restaurant I have to wait for a baby chair over 10 minutes and you end up with broken chair. the restaurant's floor in the morning was not cleaned as we found last night's prawns peeling under our table which put me off my breakfast. lack of attention to details in the rooms( sockets doesn't work, rust in the toilet, towels old, etc.) the mattresses very much used which you wake up in the morning with back ache, the last day, in the morning my son nearly broke his back as the baby chair was broken and collapsed while my son was inside. A COMPLETE DISASTER FROM THE BEGINING TO THE END. A EVITER, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

The hotel is ok in general, but it has a couple of disadvantages. Rooms are equipped with pretty old furniture and bad mattresses, cracks at the walls, bathroom from 80-s. And the most disgusting thing - I saw cockroaches in the restraint at the last day of staying.

Others recommended this hotel to me but I have to say it didn't do it for me!
Chief complaints were the ludicrous restaurant protocol of having to have first and second sittings for your meal. The food on ALL occasions was insipid, uninspiring and unappetising and I ate out most times which increased my expenditure.
I found the noise in the restaurant unbearable and it felt like being in 1950's UK Butlin's holiday camp. The noise generally in the hotel was too much for me and to add to this there was a period in my 3 week stay when the lift broke down and it was left unrepaired for a while so getting to my room took forever.
I was told I was given one of the best rooms. It had a nice bathroom but the room and all the furniture was very dated and the bed low and uncomfortable with almost army like blankets on it.
I was constantly annoyed by the pool by people asking me if I wanted to participate in various things or to come and chat when it was clear I have a book to my nose and wanted peace and quiet.
The saving graces for this hotel are it's location and the friendliness of the reception and porterage team. Nothing was ever too much trouble even when they were very busy or you had to ask the same questions a couple of times over.
On balance, now I know Sousse better now, if someone were coming to visit this would not be a hotel I'd recommend.
