I could hear guests talking from my room. I requested the room change as I had told them that I would need a quiet room, but they did not even try. All in all, the facade is good, but the contents are of poor quality, three star hotel.

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The WiFi works good.
The food is awful.
The spa is poor.
Location not great at all.
The cleanings in the room - no cleaning at all
Overall, very disappointed. For sure, not 4star hotel!

This hotel is old but very cosy. I liked the atmosphere. The medical treatments are good. The double room was in good condition. They have only to improve the meal, than it would become perfect. I think, we'll stay again there at some time.

All what s provided by the hotel is just perfect, I can not see anything what could be better. Food is perfect, the wellness is perfect all the spa stuff al new and on 100% I can just recommend that. i enjoyed the spa service, also the parking place just next the hotel is perfect

Roms are in different classes but all are perfect. Situation in beautiful landscape short distance to town og karlovy vary.
Food is extremely good .
The area has a long history and is named by Karl IV as karlsbad.
