Thank you for the amazing upgrade to the Presidential Suite. I loved everything about my stay from the friendly welcome to the quiet environment; great bed and pillows; tasteful decor and gorgeous tiles. It's the best part of Phily but on a quiet side street and I felt so well taken care of, safe and rested.

My daughter and I recently stayed at this charming inn on a quiet street just steps from lovely Rittenhouse Square and we will stay there again! The service is outstanding and staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and well cared for. The amenities are great too! Each evening there is wine and cheese in the drawing room, and the "continental" breakfast each morning is fabulous. We were expecting coffee and Danish and instead it is a full, home cooked breakfast with yogurt, oatmeal, fresh fruit, waffles and French toast and an espresso machine! The rooms are quaint but generous in size and comfortable. Best of all is the location -- just steps from Rittenhouse Square with its lovely park and all of the surrounding high end shops and restaurants!

We had had a bad experience with Hotels.com in the booking of another property and they made arrangements for us to stay instead with Rittenhouse 1715. I have to say that Hotels.com completely redeemed themselves as Rittenhouse 1715 was absolutely superb. Gema and the front-end staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly and accommodating, the wine and cheese offering in the evenings delightful, the breakfast room, china service, staff, food, freshly squeezed orange juice and every detail charming, and the location could not have been better. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which features a spiral staircase which joins the two-story suite, fireplace in the comfortable living room, bar area with refrigerator, with powder room on the main level, king bed with gorgeous linens, and large and well-appointed full bathroom on the upper level. The parking that was recommended was a few blocks away, but Philadelphia is a wonderful city to walk and we were happy to leave our car for a few days. Rittenhouse 1715 is absolute luxury lodging with a private, personal feel. They pay tremendous attention to ALL the details - large and small. We could not have had a better experience with this property or their staff - thank you! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Philly.

This is a great hotel and a nice change from the chain hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful. They include breakfast and a wine tasting as an added bonus. It is close to shopping, sightseeing and a plethora of restaurants from reasonable pricing to high end options.

I had an amazing time at the Rittenhouse 1715. I booked through hotwire and had no idea what I was getting until I walked in. What I found was a beautiful hotel, on a quiet street, with beautiful rooms and great staff. Every employee I spoke to was so nice and helpful. My room was gorgeous with a nice big bed that I had trouble convincing myself to leave in the morning. The shower was huge with a lovely rain shower head. The hotel is a little maze-like but I found that quality charming. It made me feel like I was staying somewhere unique and special.
The location of the hotel was perfect for me. I was able to walk to the city center and I only wish I had more time to explore the area. I've traveled and been to my fair share of cities but this was my first time doing it alone. The staff at the Rittenhouse and the hotel itself made my first solo adventure a success. If I'm ever back in Philly (and I hope to be) I know where I'm staying.
