The rooms are recently refurbished and comfy. The staff is very friendly and helpful! A new pizzeria restaurant is coming soon. The hotel is located just around a corner from the railway station in a very center of Chivasso.

The hotel is very centrally located, just a couple of minutes from the town square.
The room was spacious, everything worked.
CNN, but no BBC or any other English speaking channel for that matter.
Breakfast is limited, but the personnel is very friendly.

I needed a hotel in Chivasso near to the train station to change trains and spend night after a long trip. It was ok for such job, but apart from that there is nothing special except its nice lobby. I would say that its location is its best asset.

This hotel has been renovated partially: lobby is brand new, and it seems like rooms on the second floor were all renovated, but not the ones on the first floor. We got a room on the second floor, renovated, and it looked great. Good size, nice decoration, shower has good water pressure. A safe and a fridge are located in the wardrobe in the room. The bed is comfortable enough, mattress a little hard for my taste, but seems to be that way in Italy. I slept very well nonetheless. The rooms have flat screen TVs, ams the heater works well.
On the downside, the building (and the whole city itself) is very old, meaning the walls aren't as thick and soundproof as they are nowadays. You can hear people talking in the lobby and doors closing in the hall. However this did not disturb me at all, it did not bother me, neither did it bother any of the 5 other people I was traveling with.
All in all, a very good hotel I would recommend!
