Wish to stay here again. Last time, stayed here for a business purpose. Nice room, comfortable bed, sufficient amenities and the breakfast buffet was beyond the expectation. Overall, really satisfied with the stay and for sure will come back again maybe for leisure this time.

Love the location. Walking distance to the touristy area on one side (riverfront and bazaar); the other side, many local eating places. We even managed a bowling session and a movie in the shopping complex next door to the hotel.
Room size is very spacious and comfortable.
We did not utilize any amenities nor the breakfast as we were out daily.
Appreciated the iced drinks dispenser in the lobby. Definitely a refreshing welcome from the hot weather as we enter the hotel.

The first step in, welcomed by smiles and delight door staff, at the reception registration, attend by very professional and friendly Mr AMOSE CHONG. To celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary, we booked 3 rooms (unplanned). We did not ask, but Mr Amose arranged us a connecting room (1406, 1408, 1410 ) that I'm very thankful to him as he seems knew what guest needed. Free parking but need to walk through inside mall. The room is big and comfort. Management should monitor room cleanliness, bathtub dirty, carpet and tile in front of toilet door dusty and lots of hair. Very convenience...speed wifi. Value for money. Thumb up for all RMH staff.

Pros: Everything! We stayed at other 4* hotels during our holiday which were not a patch on this and we regretted not having stayed here the whole time.
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect. They've thought of everything! As a single parent travelling with two children I felt very well looked after.
Location: The location is perfect, it's opposite the riverfront which is the main hub of activity. You can also get the shuttle bus to Damai from this hotel.
Comments: We absolutely loved this hotel, you were treated like royalty the moment you arrived - the porters open the doors for you and take your suitcases; the reception staff are extremely friendly, patient and helpful. The staff always recognise you as you go in and out the hotel and ask how you are. There are a miriad of additional services at no extra cost - for example we went away for one night to Bako and they stored our large suitcases in a room and our valuables in a safe at no charge at all. The lobby is large and spacious with sofas to sit on and computers and also free drinks. You can also use the business suite on floor 17 if you need to print anything at a small cost. The swimming pool is a nice size with a lovely view and the gym is well equipped. The most amazing thing was that they did not charge us to put an extra bed in the room, even though the two single beds were queen size so I could have put the kids in together. Every little thing is perfect, the rooms are spotlessly clean, amazing views, and extremely comfortable beds. The air conditioning is perfect and you can hear no noise from other rooms or the corridor so you can get an amazing night's sleep. They have thought of every detail - in the bathroom they provide you with so many essentials on top of the standard shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and cap. You also get razors, toothbrushes, body cream and combs! They also gave us extra bottles of water on top of the standard two in the room. Worth every penny!!
