Everything was excellen. Only minor complaints were signange on floors not clear and would like more parking in front. Would book there again especially in warmer weather when could utilize all the facilities

This was a very pleasant experience - was a very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful setting and all accommodations were excellent. Have already recommended to friends. Will definitely return. Parking is limited and had some difficulty in regulating heat/AC but worked it out.

Other than having difficulty finding the "front desk" to check in, my stay for our meeting was great. The meeting room was comfortable, coffee breaks were MORE than adequate and meals were excellent. All staff were friendly and competent. Roger, at the front desk, has an outstanding attitude and personality.

This property is EXTREMELY CLEAN; the staff is pleasant. You will be pleasantly surprised by the property. Top notch all the way. FANTASTIC breakfast! The style is contemporary verses the Carolina Inn, but hands down I would choose the Rizzo Center over the Carolina Inn unless you need to be in walking distance to the campus or Franklin Street.

Plan ahead due to numerous athletic events and other meetings. Plan your meals elsewhere as dining options are very limited. I will always try to stay here when visiting The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It's nice to get away from the excitement and noise of downtown.
