Perfect family holiday. All the staff were very friendly and helpful we are most definitely going to return to this hotel. The Hotel is child friendly but also suitable for guests that don't have children. We upgraded to a see view suite and it was fantastic. The buffet food was excellent and the two restaurants were also excellent. Top hotel highly recommended.

What can I say about this hotel that I haven't said before.......IT JUST GETS BETTER! This was our 5 th visit to Roca Nivaria Hotel and as in previous visits, it was a pleasure. From the minute you step through the doors there is a warm welcome from everyone you meet, there is no doubt that the staff here.....from cleaners, gardners, waiters to managers.....are one of the hotel's greatest asset. Everyone who works here seems genuinely pleased to make sure you have a great holiday. It was lovely to see some familiar faces, both hotel staff and other holidaymakers we had met previously here. I must mention in particular Jessica in the Tamaragua bar near reception who welcomed us back with a huge smile, she really works hard but always has time for a friendly greeting. Also Javier and Andrea both of whom provide excellent service with a smile. I must also mention Sara who is now Subdirector of the Hotel, we have always found her to be not only friendly and welcoming but always very approachable and willing to listen and help if she can.
The hotel is spotlessly clean wherever you go, our room was large on the 5 th floor with a wonderful view out over the ocean. The beautiful outlook of this hotel is one of the things that brings us back here, it is so peaceful and relaxing to while away the hours enjoying the sunshine looking out over the water. Waiter service around the pool area is quite good but sometimes a trip to the pool bar at the lower pool is worth the trip just to see Antonio there, not only is he very efficient but he always has a cheery word and a smile for everyone.
I must also mention the food here, it has always been good but both myself and my husband thought it was even better on this occasion, great quality and variety available in the buffet restaurant as well as an option to eat in the Spanish or Italian restaurants. Superb but be prepared to increase your waistline while here! You won't be able to resist the lovely desserts and cheeses!
Entertainment in the hotel is a mixture of good and not so good, personally we enjoyed the Beatles v Rolling Stones night and the female magician. Flamenco show is always good but on this occasion we missed it due to being in Costa Adele all day and tiredness caught up with us so we had an early night.
All in all we had a wonderful holiday and we will definitely return. Roca Nivaria has become a special place for us where we can relax and unwind.

We came for two weeks and it was the first time that my husband and I have been all inclusive. We all had the best time ever. From arriving in reception all the staff are friendly and very helpful. We have booked for next year same time and are bringing our daughters. We can’t wait 😄A*

When Roca Nivaria opened 11 years ago it was less the jewel in the crown and more the only jewel on a beautiful peninsular surrounded by a somewhat unattractive town. For that reason alone it was fantastic value for money as a 5 star hotel with superb service, facilities and catering. None of that has changed at the Roca, but Playa Paraiso is being transformed with new hotels, apartments, eateries and shops. This hotel is a peaceful haven but attracts couples and families of all ages and the evening entertainment is not at all boring !

From the minute we arrived until we left, the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Whole hotel was spotless, even the underground parking. We were given a fabulous room with big sunny balcony, stunning view of the coast, very comfortable with excellent facilities. Mini bar system was a great idea. Room service was prompt and good value. Pools and spa were great. We ate in the buffet restaurant a couple of times - excellent variety and quality. Bars were quiet but friendly with good facilities.
Surrounding area was a little bleak. Found a couple of excellent tapas bars. An easy drive (frequent buses available) into the busier Costa Adeje. Easy journey from airport.
