Mr Raees Mir and Mr Faisal were very courteous and ever ready to resolve any issues that may have appeared. Located next to Krishna Dhaba, it is perfect place for veggies. Most of the time the services were at par such that you did not need to demand the same.

I am missing those moments which are connected with me with hotel rockets in the heart of Sringar city.
The customer service is incredible location of hotel is 15 feets from famous krishana daba dalgate which is relaxation for outsiders. And you can order any variety of food with fresh and delicious. Rooms are awesome clean and every staff of hotel is helpful. I suggest it is graet hotel compared with price and other facility's

We arrived late in Srinagar and our taxi driver dropped in a place where there were several hotels. Some brokers also took us near to the Dal Lake locations but we found them a little shabby. After searching for an hour we decided to take this hotel as they take credit cards unlike the other hotels nearby. The rooms are average, though couple of the rooms were damp and smelly. We were total 8 people and needed 4 rooms and we selected personally each of the rooms. The service weren't that good but the rooms were made up every time we got back to hotel in the evening. The location of the hotel is the best part and you would be able to get breakfast restaurant nearby, taxis that would move around in front of the hotel. Dal lake, bus station and one of the best restaurant that we had dinners at "Moghal Darbar" is just 10 minutes walk away.

I had a very bad experience here. Hotel condition is not good. I visited with my family.
No cleanliness in the room, lots of dust...... every where....
what I can say ... that I will never look back to this hotel.

1. Rooms are Small. With a table fan fitted in side wall far from bed..
2. In market.. Will not be able to sleep...
Good for those who like to stay in market..
Very nice veg eateries near by.. that's one of the plus point...
Do not stay here...
