The room was perfect. The price is amazing and there's a pool. I will come back if I visit Chicago. Conveniently by a gas station and fast food when you don't have time to dine out. Parking was available.

I went to a springawakening with a few friends. not only did the hotel double charge my credit card, they refuse to refund the STOLEN money even with proof of my bank issued statements. I will be filing whatevers needed to correct their mistake.

Saw on the web they renovated.. in our room it was the bathroom which was smaller then a port o potty.. with a shower.. the room smelled and drywall was crumbly... the entire area smelt of marijuana and shady people.. I left and went a mile and half further and stayed at a Holiday Inn.. when I went to refuse the room, they refused to give me a refund I was there less than an hour.. disgusting and should be shut down or be truthful.. apartment complex with some rooms and lots of drugs..

We booked this hotel because of the free breakfast. When i checked in the hotel staff told me it is served between 7 and 10. There was no breakfast on offer for the 2 days of my stay due to a refurb that they forgot to mention. and no alternative option was offered. Staff were no help what so ever when I asked them about it, and seemed like they couldn't care less.

That my second time visit Chicago and stay in the same place. Staff so kindly. Room clean. Breakfast is fine. Near fast a fast food ad family restaurant and Chicago Zoo. Parking is safety. Quiet place.
