Literally the second most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in! My Hubby and I travel for work and stay in Hotels half the year and this place is gross.
Sticky floors towels stained and dirty and smell like smoke , pubic hair in the shower, MON $on Ni$$ers written on the bathroom mirror (seriously an easy clean with a razor) lock on door broken off. Our tour manager booked this because it was close to Beale St and I'm just appalled.... literally want to leave ASAP but need sleep so will get the minimum

My family and I are kind of displaced at the moment having had a fake realtor sell us someone else's home so we are staying at various hotels in Memphis until we find adequate housing. Our first time here we absolutely loved it! Its located in Midtown right in the center of everything. The neighborhood doesn't look so hot and neither does the outside but I was truly shocked when I got inside my room. We had a double with sofa and it was excellent for the price. Price was very affordable except when the weekend rate kicks in. Staff are friendly and breakfast is OK. Well worth the price you pay during the week. We stay a lot now. Only con is the parking isn't adequate when there is a full house. Also if you have a sofa bed you should already have bedding available we had to wait until the next morning for a blanket but the did give us a flat sheet.

We were very impressed with this hotel. Friendly staff, Great sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Excellent location for experiencing Memphis. Just a short cab ride to Beale St if you want a drink. And a short drive to the Bass Pro Shop Pyramid and Graceland. We were offered our choice of ground floor or top floor. No elevator. Breakfast was limited but was enough choice and better than some hotels. I was really worried about this motel after reading some of the reviews but relaxed as soon as we checked in. Yes, it's not the safest location and we were advised not to walk around but the staff called us a cab when we wanted one and we had a car. We never felt unsafe and felt secure in our room. I recommend this hotel as a great budget hotel for exploring Memphis.

Don't count on the breakfast being even 7-11 level, and the neighborhood looks worse than it is, but the room is clean, it's close to everything, and it's reasonably priced. I put this as the find for Memphis.

I was booked this hotel for 2 nights but only stay one! The hotel is fully poor care. The room is big and this is good but dirty... really dirty!! The bathroom as dirty as the room.
The front desk guy was nice and always ready to help!!!
