Strategically located...but it misses..comforts..it definetly requires renovation...it requires lot of changes from ambience to people...few positive..highly economic,superb location,pleasant reception and few negative..room cleanliness,water pressure in toilets,soiled towels,broken cupboards,room lightning...

Located at a walkable distance from Forum Mall in Koramangla. Comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast and helpful staff. There are many good eating joints around hotel that are popular with IT industry personnel and College goers. Food joints remain open late into the night and that can at times be bit noisy.

The hotel is located in Koramangala in the middle of a busy street with lots of restaurants and places to hangout for a drink. The room was good in terms of size and amenities. However some rooms on first floor directly opens to the breakfast area which can be quite uncomfortable. The hotel does not have its own restaurant and the staff is obliging to get food from outside. The breakfast is also sourced from a restaurant which was actually very tasty. The hotel has a pub that is closed currently for renovations. The wifi was pretty decent.
However the worst part was in the night where there are crowds hanging out late in the night making it noisy along with people zooming in cars and bikes. And to top this the police patrol comes at 1AM with public address system to disperse the crowds. It's a big challenge to get sleep. The hotel seriously needs to improve the noise insulation in the rooms. So it's strictly a bed and breakfast hotel and don't expect anything more.

Stayed here for one night. The room was dark and the air was not good in the room. Also saw some mini cockroaches too. The staff were good and supportive, sadly the location is not good for a quite hotel, but yes a lot of outlets in an around the place. Breakfast was not up to the mark for a business hotel and included Maggi noodles.

The hotel is very near to Madivala though i found a little difficult to locate it. The room is good and maintained well. The bathroom is well equipped and shower is good. I didnt try the room service as many eateries are outside
